I’d like to ensure that I get my Evo 4G the first day it comes out on June 4th. I know that Best Buy is accepting pre-orders but is Sprint also?
Also, if you preorder through Best Buy or RadioShack, how do you get connected to the service? Do you have to go to the Sprint store afterwards?

yes, you can pre order through best buy and radio shack, then you can activate your phone on those two stores they would most likely check that you have a contract or plan and if not they would make one with you.
