My mom and I got new phones today. She got the HTC Evo Shift 4G and it has service bars but it won’t load any internet pages. What can we do to fix the problem that doesn’t require taking it to the Sprint store?
check the apn settings l own a HTC desire it gave the same problem i tried to recheck the APN settings
go as follows
settings>Wireless & Networks>Mobile networks>apn settings>click on an apn to edit it
